Vector Pipeline offers the following services to help customers meet their business needs. If you are interested in any of these transportation services, please be sure to contact your Vector representative.

FT-1 Firm Transportation Service
Rate Schedule FT-1 is Vector’s traditional firm transportation service. A shipper contracts for specific receipt point(s) and delivery point(s) which define its primary path. Shippers have the right to utilize all other receipt and delivery points, subject to availability, at a rate equal to the applicable maximum rate unless agreed to otherwise. FT-1 capacity may be segmented or offered for capacity release. Charges for the FT-1 service are a monthly reservation charge, fuel, and surcharges (currently ACA). 

FT-L Limited Firm Transportation Service
Rate Schedule FT-L is similar to Vector’s FT-1 service except Vector reserves the right to not schedule FT-L for up to ten days per month. A shipper contracts for specific receipt point(s) and delivery point(s) which define its primary path. Shippers have the right to utilize all other receipt and delivery points, subject to availability, at a rate equal to the applicable maximum rate unless agreed to otherwise. FT-L capacity may be segmented or offered for capacity release. Charges for the FT-L service are a monthly reservation charge, a daily commodity charge, fuel, and surcharges (currently ACA).

FT-H Hourly Firm Transportation Service
Rate Schedule FT-H is Vector’s firm transportation service which allows a shipper to receive and deliver their contract quantity during a specified hourly period within a gas day. A shipper contracts for specific receipt point(s) and delivery point(s) which define its primary path and an hourly period which can be no less than 4 hours or greater than 20 hours. Shippers have the right to utilize all other receipt and delivery points, subject to availability, at a rate equal to the applicable maximum rate unless agreed to otherwise. FT-H capacity may be segmented or offered for capacity release. Charges for the FT-H service are a monthly reservation charge, fuel, and surcharges (currently ACA). 

IT-1 Interruptible Transportation Service
Rate Schedule IT-1 is Vector’s basic interruptible transportation service. A shipper can utilize all of the receipt and delivery points on Vector’s system on an as available basis. The IT-1 service is charged a commodity rate, fuel, and surcharges (currently ACA). Unless agreed to otherwise, the commodity rate is equal to the applicable maximum tariff rate. 

PALS-1 Park and Loan Service
Rate Schedule PALS-1 is Vector’s service that provides for the interruptible parking or loaning of gas for a minimum term of one day. Gas must be transported to the designated point of service under a separate firm or interruptible transportation service. The PALS-1 service is charged a commodity rate times the daily park or loan balance at the end of each gas day. 

TTS Title Transfer Service
Rate Schedule TTS is Vector’s administrative service that allows a shipper to transfer title of gas to another shipper at a designated point on the pipeline. Transportation to and from the designated point must be nominated under separate firm or interruptible transportation contracts. The TTS service is charged a flat rate per transaction for each title transfer. 

MBA Management of Balancing Agreement Service
Rate Schedule MBA is Vector’s balancing service that allows a shipper to divert gas flowing on a transportation agreement to a secondary delivery point upon one hour’s notice provided the equivalent flow can be made up concurrently via a downstream receipt point. The MBA service is charged a commodity rate for diverted volumes.

OVS Operational Variance Service (Canada Only)
Rate Schedule OVS is Vector’s service that allows for daily and hourly variances in volumes delivered under an associated FT-H service. Shippers requesting this service must have acceptable third-party balancing arrangements in place at the receipt point on the associated FT-H agreement. The OVS service is charged a monthly service charge and a daily usage charge.
